50% deposit is required to lock in your shoot with final payment made prior to your content being released.

7-21 days depending on current workload and creative concept. If you do have a deadline, please let me know & I will do everything I can to accommodate it.

If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return post bag. Otherwise products will be stored for up to 6 months.

R E F U N D S
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. This is why your brief is SO important. However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.

B R I E F A P P R O V A L
A brief must be completed at least
10 days prior to a shoot to allow for creative planning. A delay in the brief will delay the shoot itself.

T R A V E L F E E S
A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 45 minutes drive from Bournemouth, Dorset, UK. This will be calculated upon receiving your brief.
